Saw a surreal moment where the japanese gentleman was cleaning the glass of the inn window looking over an amazing seascape.
What worked:
The surreal moment, and making it B&W so it is more abstract.
What I'd do differently:
Should have worked the scene a bit more - it was a bit of a grab shot.

This is one of the most unique takes on the assignment, because the glass is barely visible, and that works in the image's favour. At first I thought it was a man holding something aloft in the style of a propaganda poster. Made me look twice.

Thanks Shane - means a lot coming from you. Shot it after a long hike through the countryside, and the scene seemed so surreal, so I had to snap it. Helps to have such a beautiful backdrop too.

I agree with Shane. Initially appears to be a guy proud of his stick until you realise he’s cleaning the window. Wonderful capture.
