So many thanks for the comment. One of those very rare moments, I'm sure you've had the same, where your heart races because you think you may have a shot you really like and you just happened to be in the right place at the right time! It's why I love photography so much.

Thanks so much! I think it works to have the assignment theme in the back of my mind when I go out shooting rather than always just going out without any idea of what I'm going to photograph that day (although I like to do that too!). On the other hand, as the deadline approaches and I haven't got anything I like for that month's theme I can get very frustrated with myself for not seeing anything that fits it and maybe that can alter the way I look for an image! However, if it was easy to get a "banger" every time it wouldn't be a challenge in the first place - that's why I love photography, we can all take perfectly acceptable photographs most days but capturing one you really love is much rarer, it's what keeps going back for more.
