What I was trying to do

An old man, likely in his eighties, played alone in a quiet corner of a seaside town. Nearby, country bars and modern clubs drew their crowds, while his jazz passed mostly unheard. Still, he went on playing.

What worked

His unique shirt made it seem like the musical notes were flowing out of his saxophone. I feel like I could hear the music just by looking at this picture.

What I'd do differently

Maybe the highlights on the cars are a little too much?
