Intent
Behind the frame
- What I was trying to do:
- I was drawn to the oversized blue balloons moving through the city. As I watched the person carrying them cross the street, I noticed a cyclist heading my way. The balloons' weightlessness seemed to counter the cyclist's lean.
- What worked:
- The oversized balloons almost completely hid the person carrying them, adding a touch of mystery. The cyclist helped bring balance to the frame, and I liked that the guy with the balloons looked right at me as he passed through the scene.
- What I'd do differently:
- One more layer before the fella with balloons might have been fun.
