What worked

I like how I’ve managed to capture the woman showing all of her ‘safety gear’ and get a pigeon perfectly on top of her head.

What I'd do differently

I have a few different shots and while I like the way the woman and the pigeon on her head are both posed, I would have liked to have had some more motion and pigeons in the shot, to highlight the commotion of all the birds scrambling to get near her.
