Behind the frame
- What I was trying to do:
- I shot this on a Sony A7RIV (which I hated) with a manual M mount lens that didn't really adapt correctly but led to a cool effect. The photo toward the bottom for some reason had some black rolling shutter effect where no information was captured at all, but it works nicely with this composition where her sequin jacket fads nicely into the black. Taken at a gathering in Vado, I like the guitar in the background and the grain from the lens, and the black and white lends itself well to the aesthetics and the cowboy hats.
