Intent
Behind the frame
- What I was trying to do:
- Find a shot out and about in London that would make a striking mono picture. Typically I'm drawn to busier scenes, but there was something about stumbling across this scene of negative space that immediately grabbed my attention.
- What worked:
- The separation between the subjects, and getting enough definition through the frosted glass to give the viewer and idea of what lies beneath, while still leaving some vagueness and mystery.
- What I'd do differently:
- I'd love to go back to this spot and spend a bit more time waiting to see how it would look with more or fewer subjects.
