Intent
Behind the frame
- What I was trying to do:
- This photo is part of current project trying to capture the sense of disconnect in modern life, the rush, commute, careers, so many faces and lives passing us by but with no interest in us or each other.
- What worked:
- The symmetry, and the fact the individual captured moved his head from, left to right meaning you end up with this blur bookended by an almost sharp face either side.
- What I'd do differently:
- Try and get a bit more contrast through proper exposure, it was a rushed shot that required a bit of post processing to pull the most out of it
