Intent
Behind the frame
- What I was trying to do:
- Showing the scale and loneliness of the Washington State ferry dining room on an early morning sailing from many summers past.
- What worked:
- I like the grid this breezeway divider creates with the drop ceiling and far windows. I also like overall brightness of the image in contrast to the emptiness.
- What I'd do differently:
- A faster film and some ND or a pola to get the view outside the windows and the scene inside. Maybe wait until the sitting woman stood up or there was 1-2 other people in frame. I think it's a little hard to determine setting as it is & I was worse at including people in my photos when this was taken.
