Intent
Behind the frame
- What I was trying to do:
- This was taken in Puerta del Sol, Madrid. I liked the warm eve light that lit the scene and the combination of people trying to shield their eyes from the sun with some great expressions
- What worked:
- The warm light on my subjects and their expressions
- What I'd do differently:
- The background isn’t in focus and I would have liked if the guy to the left of the frame was similarly trying to shield his face from the light in a different way to the other subjects in the frame
