Intent
Behind the frame
- What I was trying to do:
- Capturing the chaos of Bui Vien Street in Ho Chi Minh City/Saigon - I just love this shot with the faces, the gestures and expressions, layered with the dancers in the background.
- What worked:
- The colour, the expressions, the gestures just came together. The vietnamese are expressive people, and it shows.
- What I'd do differently:
- Worked the scene for longer, waiting for more development in the frame. More depth of field might make it more layered too.
