Intent
Behind the frame
- What I was trying to do:
- I was trying to capture small moments during a large street procession at a Hindu festival in London. The intensity on the face of the girl in green compared to the expression of the girl in pink checking her nail polish caught my eye.
- What worked:
- Avoiding having street signs, stewards in hi-viz, traffic lights, and anything else that would be a distraction in the background of the image.
- What I'd do differently:
- Gone their earlier in the day.
