Intent
Behind the frame
- What I was trying to do:
- I wanted to capture the apparent loneliness of the lady in the cafe, looking at the two ladies outside. The arm in the window was lucky timing, but adds to the sense of ‘reaching out’. The framing is intended to emphasise the separation.
