Intent
Behind the frame
- What I was trying to do:
- Trying a 75mm for the first time. Was trying to isolate subjects while still maintaining a hint of their environment.
- What worked:
- The lighting, the tonality, the location of the planes. I love how the subject’s shirt over his left shoulder adds an extra deep black to the tones going from left to right.
- What I'd do differently:
- I just barely missed focus :(
