Behind the frame
- What I was trying to do:
- I really like the juxtaposition of the industrial and natural of this spot, enhanced but the unique look of cinestill 800t. This shot was part of a little project documenting the art of the Stockholm subway, though street scenes.
- What worked:
- This was my first time shooting cinestill and it did exactly what I wanted, also while I took the shot I was afraid the central subject would blend in too much with the background, but I think it they stand out enough. I also thought it would be a bit boring with a guy looking at their phone, but somehow I think it works for the scene?
- What I'd do differently:
- Wider angle lens, I shot this at 50mm, I think 35 would have been better, also I could have exposed a bit brighter I think.
