Intent
Behind the frame
- What I was trying to do:
- The radio mast at Sands Back Nature Reserve, Sands, High Wycombe. I was hoping to spot something less obvious on this regular walk just a minute from home. There was a shoot going on at the adjacent Dashwood Estate, some game birds flew out of the woods and up through this gap in the canopy. The mast was the obvious candidate.
- What worked:
- I was only just at the gate to the woods. I did wait for a suitable cloud to move across the frame then carried on walking through the woods for half an hour.
- What I'd do differently:
- Nothing, this second photograph of the morning being my favourite, the other of the footpath leading to the reserve is ‘nice’ enough!
