Behind the frame
- What I was trying to do:
- As a refugee and academic researcher, I am a nomad, travelling a lot and still unable to photograph my country at war or achieve a settled life. This photograph captures the feeling I have become most familiar with over the past few years, saying goodbye to people I love.
