Intent
Behind the frame
- What I was trying to do:
- Taken on my regular walk into town to see a movie. I've walked it hundreds of times but not not noticed this scene before. I liked the diagonals in the foreground with the building as the focus and the yacht in the background. The shabbiness of the building felt in contrast to the smooth waters. Luckily someone walked into the shot to add some interest and a line towards the yacht.
- What worked:
- I like the light and framing
- What I'd do differently:
- The yacht is maybe a little too busy and adjusting the frame may have given a cleaner look
