Intent
Behind the frame
- What I was trying to do:
- An older woman at bus stop, partially lit by sunlight and fill-flash. The feeling I hoped to convey was one of societal contrast / opposing ages. The perceived vulnerability of the woman in contrast with the broken drinks bottles and cans.
- What worked:
- The woman looking downwards instead of a frontal stare
- What I'd do differently:
- Maybe to adjust the angle or intensity of fill-flash
