Intent
Behind the frame
- What I was trying to do:
- I’m new to my city - Beijing. A combination of this assignment and my desire to improve my photography skills are a perfect way for me to get to know my city. Wandering around my neighborhood, I headed down an alleyway and stumbled across this moment.
- What worked:
- It was the perfect moment. The color distribution, the look on the chefs face, the open doors.
- What I'd do differently:
- Have my camera with me, not just my phone.
