Intent

Behind the frame

What I was trying to do:: This photo was taken in the afternoon at the beach while a film crew was packing up their equipment. As they moved away from the set, their silhouettes aligned beautifully over a small pond of water located just off the beach. The backlit afternoon light turned the scene into a calm blue reflection, with the sky and water in the pond merging into a single tone. I wanted to capture that quiet transition. A simple, serene moment suspended in blue. Regards. Belal. Camera - Fujifilm XT5 Lens - XF16mmF1.4 ISO - 125 F16 SS 1/450 Edited in LR using Velvia FS
What worked:: The timing of the shot as the crew was moving away from the set.
What I'd do differently:: The sun was still a bit high. Maybe the shot would have been 'better' with the sun lower down, making the silhouettes reflections longer?

Usually I don’t like silhouettes but this one is really good to look at.
