Intent
Behind the frame
- What I was trying to do:
- This is from a farmers' market in Syracuse, Sicily. I was immediately struck by this vendor's blue shirt in a sea of reds and oranges. I also love the texture of the wall behind him.
- What worked:
- I think the framing and color contrast work here. I love the expression of complete focus on his face.
- What I'd do differently:
- I maybe would've backed up just a couple steps to get more of the tomatoes in frame.
