I wanted to frame a subject within the centre of the London Eye and use the strong backlight to create a clean silhouette, turning a familiar London landmark into a simple graphic composition.
What worked:
A longboarder passed through the frame at exactly the right moment, and a seagull flying by added another layer to the image. The strong backlight created a clear silhouette, while the sunlight catching the subject's red hair added a subtle highlight that looked really nice
What I'd do differently:
Not allot I really like this image, maybe play with framing angle?
