Intent
Behind the frame
- What I was trying to do:
- This old lady in a blue dress caught my attention as I walked past her. I like how the blue colour in her dress contrasts well with her brown hair and the colour of her skin. I also like the textures in her skin, which emphasise the patterns in her dress.
- What worked:
- The colour contrast and the light that was hitting her directly.
- What I'd do differently:
- I would have taken the shot from the front to show her face.
