Behind the frame
- What I was trying to do:
- We all know amusement parks are intentionally visually and audibly chaotic places. They are designed to entice visitors to get lost in the atmosphere and forget their normal lives. I'd tried several times to capture this feeling while photographing at the park at Coney Island. For me, this image was the first time I felt I got it all in one frame.

Editor's note
Great colours and the young boys gesture appearing through the middle of the frame, reaching for the USA flag. Great light and juggling of the elements, and of course "Yes: which is what we all have to say when we think we have got a good one...

Great frame. And look at the gear .... proof that you don't need the newest, best gear for a great photo. Just a great eye 😄👁
one of the best IMO for this assignment.
