Hey guys! Just wondering who everyone uses to get a film Leica CLA'd in the UK. Specifically a leicaflex SL and a M4. I don't want to send them to Leica itself as the wait times are insane so any good UK based technicians would be great!
I used Aperture to replace a jammed shutter curtain on my m4. Cost a small fortune but it's been flawless ever since. They also kindly fixed a busted external viewfinder for no extra charge. I also used Cameraworks to replace the lugs and fix the flash port - they were very good too and I think I'd try them for a CLA quote before Aperture next time, might be a bit lower price.
