FUJIFILM X-PRO 3 Display Issue
Hello, Given this is a street focused camera I thought I'd share that as of yesterday my beloved X-Pro 3 has suffered the common fault that plagues this otherwise beautiful but controversial camera. Seems when you tilt the screen below flat it cuts out and doesn't come back on until you restart the camera. All over functionality seems to work just fine. I think I'm going to attempt to repair myself as Ive seen a guide and it doesn't look too difficult. 20 years ago I replaced the sensor filter on a camera I converted to Infrared so this shouldn't be hard in comparison. Interested to hear if anyone else has come across this issue with this camera. When I've done the repair I'll share images and thoughts.

Good luck, I think I would stick with switching it off then on, my default solution to most problems, I’m not technically gifted
I’ve still no idea how Fujifilm is able to sell a camera with such a common fault and not address the issue and attempt a permanent fix. No one should have to buy a camera that develops a major fault like this.
Absolutely loved pro 3 , unfortunately sold it due size for street photography. Best build camera from fujifilm. Good luck
Yes I owned an X-Pro 3 for a short while and it had the screen issue. I actually sent it in and got it repaired for free!
I would try that but I bought it 2nd hand from MPB (in pristine condition I might add).
