Fuji OVF focus?
Fuji shooters who have an OVF and actually use it: how are you focusing? I’ve been a pretty picky manual exposure only person and have been fairly disappointed with the manual focus solutions for the OVF. But I’m considering throwing caution to the wind and shooting auto ISO and maybe wide tracking? Let the camera figure it out? Or just stick to single point back button focusing in manual mode? All advice is welcome!
I've only ever used a single small point in the middle of the frame, and single not continuous focus - simple and predictable

I use single-point continuous focus for about 75% of my shots (with auto ISO and auto shutter speed), moving the point around (before composing) as the composition requires. For more static scenes, I switch to manual focus.
I use it almost exclusively on the XPro-2. I use the Voigtlander 18mm Color Skopar 2.8 and I manually adjusted the fame lines to 18mm to view the 28mm focal length. I just manually focus blindly or use the little hybrid window in the bottom right to nail focus. Sometimes I use the focus peaking on the back of the LCD.
This is all extremely helpful. I came from Sony and really got used to using the evf and the tracking single point mode. I really want to give the OVF a shot but that usually means about 5 mins of OVF usage until I miss a shot completely and then I switch back to evf, af-c wide tracking.
I use either zone focusing, which I find easier with exclusively manual lenses or focus peak and then i turn it of. In the Fuji XT series it is very easy due to the evf but with the xpro it is a bit trickier. If it is too bright the seen, the evf function in the ovf is not easy to see. I do use the little pop up window from time to time but as it is on the side it is a distraction.
Or center screen autofocus!
