I've found inspiration in the Framelines magazine since the first issue, but I'm new here to the community. I am originally from California but now live in Sweden... and lived in London for a few years in between. Graphic design is my day job but photography has always been an interest, but taken it more seriously the last few years. It's just a lot of fun! Street photography is a genre I particularly appreciate, but since I live in a more rural location, I don't have the opportunity so often to practice in an urban setting. However, I am realizing more and more that I need to document where I live, wherever that may be. Either way, curiosity and my camera are always with me.

I am wondering how many of the previous assignments you could of done from your current location in Sweden? Welcome to chat, have fun with the assignments, and enjoy being a part of the community.
I haven’t done many of the previous assignments but I take photos wherever I go… including in cities, but I try to have a street photography ethos even in quieter places. I really should be a nature photographer based on my location, but it’s just not so much my thing. Oh well. It is what it is :)

It's so interesting how many graphic designers street photography draws in. I've met loads.

Do assignment submission photos have to be taken in the “assignment period”?
Great photos. I get to visit Jamtland often, wintand summer. Always great light. Though I've yet to make it it Stockholm
Nice to hear! I’m actually far south, nearer to Copenhagen than Stockholm. What brings you to Jämtland?
Family. I'm normally fly to Trondheim in Norway and drive from there. Always a fun trip in Winter, the winter tires do a good job
