I have been trying to shoot new work for assignments where possible but it also prompts me to go back through my archive and spot things I'd previously dismissed. What are other people's ratio of old and new for submissions?
I love that second image! Feels like there's a story there, I'm wondering what he's thinking about.
It was in Taiwan so probably wondering when China is coming
Looking back at my submissions, it is about 50/50. I always head out and shoot with the assignment in mind, but some months are too busy so I don't get too many opportunities
Probably same for me, or some months you just don't see the thing

I like the third image because the stations have lights next to them on the map. My first two assignments were new work, but, this month I have already submitted an image from last year. I'll health is preventing me from getting out to shoot at the moment for this assignment. However, the XP-2 is loaded in the event I recover in time.
Yeah sometimes life just gets in the way. It's rainy season here in Saigon so getting out there is tough without wellies, maybe even a boat. But I did manage to make some new images in Laos this month so I'll submit one of those. Hope you recover soon
