This one’s been a great assignment! I still have an outing or two, but here are my favorites. I welcome any feedback, I’m struggle deciding….

Finding my voice, that’s the best way to put it I think.
Hi David.
Here is a little exercise you might find helpful. Open two folders on your desktop and call them: Calendar (People) and Calendar (Weather).
Put twelve pictures from your files that contain people you have taken and put them into the people calendar. Do the same with weather. Arrange the twelve pictures in a sequence representing the months of the year.
This may help you to find the voice you mentioned in pictures you've already taken and to expand it further or take it in another direction completely if you want to.
Have fun with it and enjoy the weekend ahead.

1) says nothing to me.
2) pretty colors, great reflection and solid framing.
3) of the three, this one is saying something. If it were mine, I might crop to put the person on a third, thus bringing them towards the center and making them the protagonist of this, instead of the tracks being the central character. I also like the motion and contrast. This is the strongest of the three, to me.
