Intent
What I was trying to do
What caught my eye was how the colors of the woman's shirt echoed the sea and sky, while the backpack and figure suggested an unanswered story
What worked
The visual relationship between the backpack and the figure creates curiosity and invites the viewer to imagine a story,
What I'd do differently
Looking back, I'm not sure I would change much. The uncertainty and unanswered questions are what drew me to the scene in the first place. If I could change one thing, it would be the bright patch of sunlight in the corner, which competes for attention.

The painterly look, through the window, wonderful.
This is great for the contrast of the clean interior against the ethereal painterly exterior through the window. The hat really adds to the scene as its quite unusual and gives me a more eastern europe / turkish vibe.
