Behind the frame
What I was trying to do:
I walk down this lane frequently, known locally as 'Muddy Lane' it sits between fields on either side usually occupied by livestock. My village is in the Yorkshire Dales National park. Out of 384 new build homes set to be built in the national park by 2040, 135 of these are to be built in my village and 60 of those are to be built on this field alone. I've been documenting the present day village in advance of the construction starting which will dramatically change the landscape of the village.
What worked:
The Swing hangs from a tree at the side of the lane, this was taken the day after a heavy storm which had wrapped the swing around the branch, making it sit a lot higher than normal so I was able to frame it as if it was hanging from nothing.
