Intent
Behind the frame
- What I was trying to do:
- This is from my Burnley project “Sorry, Burnley” I went for the stark white sky to contrast against the estate and horse below. They’re both bleak but in contrasting ways.
- What worked:
- The high contrast really gets the point across that this is a bleak town
- What I'd do differently:
- I think the horse could be more isolated and away from the horizon by lifting the camera up slightly
