Intent
Behind the frame
- What I was trying to do:
- This is my son Arlo on holiday in Corfu, on the patio of our apartment. I noticed the light making these strong lines across the floor and wall, and after a few goes managed to get him to walk through it. I liked how small he looked against all that light and shadow.
- What worked:
- Getting Arlo to walk right through the light worked really well and gave the frame a clear subject.
- What I'd do differently:
- I’d probably try a more head-on angle next time so the lines felt even stronger and more symmetrical.
