Intent
Behind the frame
- What I was trying to do:
- I went for a lunchtime stroll over to my local park and saw this lady sitting on a bench. I instantly noticed the colour palette of her and the surroundings. It felt like a very autumnal scene. I kept her low in the frame with the trees towering over, adding to scale and creating a natural frame. This is a peaceful moment and I feel the scale also adds to her solitude, but perhaps I could have shot a little closer, as you lose some of her details.
