Locations that inspire you every time

I've just been through One New Change, near St. Paul's in London. While I was there it got me thinking that pretty much every time I visit that place, I find a new angle or composition. I know it is a photographer's favourite and it has been shot many times but I always find it an inspiring location. Do you have locations that are similar for you? Is there somewhere you have been to many times but never get tired of it?

South Bank. All of it.

Totally agree! There's so much to see along there. I particularly enjoy the stretch between London Bridge and Waterloo

Stockholm City Hall. For two main reasons:
1. The light is always good, doesn't matter if it's the greyest overcast november day, the big pillars and arches of the courtyard opening up to the south facing garden will at least give you some nice shadows and contrast to play with.

2. Always lot's of people of all kinds; tourists, just married couples, band members, wedding guests.

Looks amazing. The reasons you have given are the same reason I also like The Barbican in London

Here’s a couple when the light was sweet on South Bank.

I live in London and deliberately try to avoid popular places that photographers frequently visit. It’s obvious why these spots are popular with photographers and I find it can be quite challenging attempting to take photographs in places where I'm the only photographer and often am drawing some attention because of it. Also challenging when some places don’t have any obvious, stand out spots to photograph and I have to really get creative. Saying that, I often frequent an area from Hackney Wick to Stratford/Olympic Park, especially with a walk along the canal.

New York for me, have been lucky enough to visit there 7 times since 2018 and never fails to get me hyped for shooting. You could shoot there daily and never get tired as it’s different on every corner, every day.
