In the glow of a busy Mumbai street-food market, a dosa vendor works over a hot griddle as steam rises around him. Dosa is a thin, fermented crepe traditionally made from rice and lentils and originating in South India. Today it is one of India’s most familiar foods, served everywhere from homes and restaurants to crowded roadside stalls like this one. Part of my attempts these days at filling the frame when I head out with my camera. So much fun! 😃
