Post Workflow & Backup Advice, Please!
Hi Frameliners, I'll kick off with a joke giving you the punchline first: what I'm about to describe is in fact true and not a joke at all. My idea of post processing is to create a Google Photos Album, open up a new image, and click 'Enhance'. If I like it, I save it. If I don't, I leave it alone. I may then crop a little if necessary, but my camera sensor is tiny and so I try not to. That's it! Ideal for editing product shots for eBay, but I suspect you fine folk on here will tell me I need to up my game if I'm going to take street photography seriously. Before you reply (thanks in advance) there's another important piece of information to take into consideration. The idea of spending hours fiddling around in Lightroom or Photoshop etc. fills me with dread. Back along (as the locals say down 'ere in Devon), I was a drum scanner operator for a reprographics company. I left the industry when the direction of travel became clear and Apple and Adobe were the new gods. So, I intend to shoot jpegs and do the absolute bare minimum to my pictures that I can get away with. So, I'm after a cheap and simple solution that's a step up from Google Photos. Hit me with your suggestions, pretty please! :-)
