The Menai Straights separating the Island of Anglesey from main land Wales. Plas Newydd House and its open air salt water swimming pool. No longer used and becoming wilder each day. A luxury from a by gone era that is still visible in the peeling walls of classic white paint and the inviting excitement of the high diving board. A platform to attempt to impress those that dared to wear the Bikini and drink dry Martinis in the brisk Welsh air.
In the first shot, the composition you have chosen makes the diving board feel a bit crammed in. Could you have placed it with more space above it? Maybe if you’d got lower, you could have made more of the symmetry of the reflection.
Similarly with the 3rd shot. I like the extra context of the rope and the foliage, but the diving board still feels packed in at the top of the frame. Maybe this one could be improved by just including the reflection of the diving board and removing anything above it
